#24 New features for the editor

It would be great if Gambas support some of the
features of MS Visual Studio Whidbey, like the regions,
to group the procedures like with a treeview, and
showing in the left margin the lines which were
modified, and those which have been saved. It's very
usefull and improve the productivity.

It would be great too to add some features for working
in group with Gambas.
