#1 Mouse cursor hide after logon

Hiding the mouse cursor. When you turn on the computer cursor is hidden. Rebooting does not help. We have to turn off the regular way and run back. Not all is lost, but only when you hover on certain components of the interface. For example, can hide when the mouse cursor only menu items in the windows ... all the time in different ways.
