#30 Quantity Discounts

Quantity discounts: I have no idea if this is possible or how it could even be implemented, but I would like to be able to give a special high-volume flat price.

For example, if a customer orders 5 different pictures, I would charge $10 each. But if the customer orders 20 different pictures I would charge a flat rate of $30.

Like I said, I don't know if this would even be possible but it would be great if it could do it (somehow).
