#19 Return visible error when checking out with no items

When a user adds items to their cart, then immediately
clicks "Continue to checkout" without first selecting
products for the items, they are returned to the
SelectProducts view without any indication of the error.

When the user is returned to the SelectProducts view a
warning message should be displayed indicating that the
user must select products before checking out.
