#1 auth_token support for gallery remote protocol 2.1

Since gallery version 2.2 (gallery remote protocol 2.1), the gallery remote protocol requires a new auth_token parameter. This is a security enhancement to protect against man-in-the-middle attacks. See http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery_Remote:Protocol#authToken This protocol changes breaks Gallery2Export for galleries version 2.2 or higher. The change should be simple (see http://gallery.menalto.com/node/58109 for a discussion of this issue with respect to iPhotoToGallery).
