#2466 Rating not allowing Add Ratings (only)

I can enable All Access or View Ratings for a user group and the functions works properly, but when I try to enable Add Ratings, there is no change on the respective gallery albums. Adding Add Ratings and View Ratings simultaneously yields All Access, but if View Ratings is then removed, all Ratings functions are lost.
