#4 Galicia3, 1st released 22-09, FileNotFound and ClassNotfound

Two points :

ClassNotFound when try to show chart : that was due to
bad manifest file inside the galicia3.jar.

FileNotFound under Linux or Unix : that was due to
external core configuration needed for windows. A Unix
or Linux user must change, inside the file
"resources/coreProperties.txt", the entry :
ExternalTaskFileNameDelimiteur = \" by the entry
ExternalTaskFileNameDelimiteur =

These bugs are now fixed on 26-09-1995.
