#15 Get "paper" in other modes?

It would be useful if the "paper" could be turned on in the other modes, instead of just being a separate mode. For that matter:
1. it would be useful if like g2calc, the text in the "paper" was selectable, so it could be copied and pasted, and preferrably the whole lot could be copied at once if desired, not just one calculation at a time.
2. it would also be useful if using the arrow keys could scroll through the previous entries in the entry box (like the QT speedcrunch), or it may be easier at first just to make the enter key paste the last calculation if the entry box is empty (like g2calc).
