#21 More feedback when mailing turn 0 reports

It would be nice if galaxyng provided more feedback for
the mail0 and dummymail0 commands. Currently, it just
returns to the command prompt. It would be good to be
able to issue:

galaxyng -mail0 Orion > Orion.mail0

and then in Orion.mail0 find something like:

creating reports
mailing report to race_1 john@doe.com
mailing report to race_2 mary@jane.org

and so forth.
