#20 Dead players in order by death

When players become inactive (either by failing to turn
in orders or by being eliminated by opponents) they are
moved down to the bottom of the score/hitlist, where
they are listed with all other inactive players in
order by race number. It would be nice if they were
listed in order by the turn of their death instead,
with the first to die at the bottom of the list and the
most recent to die at the top.
