i had some time again...

i released galan-0.3.0_beta1
get it at sourceforge....

Fixed this stupid load panels bug.
Added Support for background pixmaps on panels.

New we can give those patches nice skins.

it would be really cool to have some skins for some LADSPA plugins...

this is a call for sending some graphics and sheets for library
inclusion. I will continue on a file management stuff, so that a sheet
can come with some file...
