Patch for Gaim 0.71 to support OpenSSL released

Hi, this small patch add in the OpenSSL support for Gaim 0.71. Save your trouble for trying to compile with GNUTLS or Mozilla NSS. Do note that after you patch your gaim source, please regenerate the configure file with autogen.sh
