#6 notification on file transfers

This wish was reported in Ubuntu (http://launchpad.net/bugs/81441):

"Hi. Would it be possible to show a notification when a transfer is completed or cancelled? Gaim informs you when a buddy goes online or offline, when you're being talked to, but if you initiate a transfer and then close both the conversation window and the transfers window there's no way to know whatever happened to it."
