#1 IRC Support?

Hi!

I just installed the plugin and i'm really happy with
it. Finally a gaim notification plugin, that works and
looks great :)

I'd like to see IRC support in gaim-libnotify. Right
now nothing happens when e.g. my irc nickname is
mentioned in a chat. A "There's a message for you in
IRC Channel #XYZ" would be great!

Another thing would be popups with "User abc entered
IRC Channel #XYZ" when someone enters the chat.
