#18 Option to hide nick messages in chats

I love the option "Show join and part messages in chat"

I'm requesting a feature similar to this that I could use to hide nick messages in chat
(for example, John is now known as John_away)

There is no pidgin signal emitted for when people change their nick in a chat. I can check into emitting one ourselves and then creating a callback for that signal to hide nick name changes. But since there is no pidgin signal, I don't think I'll be putting this as a priority.
