#1 Un-Hide on return

Since you mentioned that you put in a prefrence just
because someone asked for it i figured i would ask for
one to un-hide the buddylist on return from away. It
would compliment the hide on away prefrence nicely.

This preference is going to become complicated when Gaim
2.0.0 is released because the UI for status is on the buddy
list itself. I'll still look at adding it if it seems 2.0.0
is far enough off. Thanks.
