#23 GAG, XP, and DOS 6.22

I have GAG installed to a HD with a dual boot of XP and DOS 6.22. XP boots fine. When I boot to DOS, (On a seperate HD) I get the error, "NON SYSTEM DISK OR DISK ERROR REPLACE AND PRESS ANY KEY WHEN READY" I press a key and the system boots fine. How can I fix the error.
