#13 Using CD for booting

Hi,
I'm, greatly appreciating GAG because I want try linux,
as alternative to windows, but initially I'm afraid to
destroy something on my hd.
Now I'm using a floppy configured to start windowsXP
from the internal HD and Mandrake from an external USB HD.
How can I setup a CD (rewritable) for booting in place
of the floppy?

hi, don't know if your prob is meanwile solved. but with the
latest release of GAG, a cd image is braught with.

just burn the image to your cd-rw, check the option
"bootable cd" and there you go.
