boy, am i angry! after two hours in the night, i'm finally
rid of GAG again with my system back working normal.

i installed gag on my system. after booting the first time,
i got several error messages on my windows 2000
partition that programms can't be startet. the reason was
that some partitions were gone! and due to the stupid
behaviour of Windows, the drive letters were reshuffled. :
-(

after uninstalling GAG (fdisk /mbr), i had to set the right
partition to active, all other partitions from hidden to
unhidden and boot several times and change drive letters
back to the last setting before installing GAG.

you should at least offer the configuration switch to NOT
HIDE any partitions. not everyone wants to hide other
partitions - even if they have other operating systems on
it.

I was wondering how you changed partitions to 'unhidden'?

I have uninstalled GAG to try and get my partitions back, but
    they are still gone =(

I advised it in the instructions and in the FAQ. There I say
too how to unhide the partitions.

But it's true, I have to add an option about it. I'm working
on it, but I have a lot of other projects.

For me it has been good and stable with a few exceptions:
1st: I get one active primary partition for each hard disk, thus
showing up in Windows (Win98) as D: E: etc, which is very
annoying as drive letters change. I also wanted these other
    active to be hidden.

2nd: It would be nice to be able to see the 11 char label of
the partitions when I set up the menu, just to make it a little
easier to see which partition is which (rather than only the
    order).
