Hi all, I'm trying to install AFD (version 1.3.4) on a Linux Debian 3.1 (Sarge) and since there isn't a /.deb/ file available to download I tried to install from the source files, but when I ran the /./configure/ command I get the following message: /(...) checking for libraries containing socket functions... -lc checking how to run the C preprocessor... gcc -E checking for X... no checking whether Motif support is requested... yes X11 libraries or header files could not be found. Please *make sure the X11 development package is installed on your system*. If it is installed, try setting the include and library paths with the --x-include and --x-libraries options of configure. Else you can compile AFD without any GUI by setting --with-gui=none Aborting. dpn33:/home/pan2007/afd-1.3.4# uname -a Linux dpn33 2.6.8-3-386 #1 Sat Jul 15 09:26:40 UTC 2006 i686 GNU/Linux / Does anybody knows how to solve my problem? Thanks in advance.
