[G4l-general] Updates to G4L

For those that might not be checking the web site.
I've been making lots of modifications to the script.

Progress shows percentage with 2 decimal places, and includes the 
amount of data sent of total data plus a running time, and MB/sec.

The latest updates where I've build some new kernels that support 
additional network and scsi and raid options of the 2.6-10 kernel. 

So, you might want to check out the web page to get some info. 
I can not upload to the sourceforge site, so all of these updates are 
on my ftp server at my college.

The PDF file shows some of the screens, but isn't fully up to date.
