#76 Ability to open completed torrents

Just a useful, simple feature, it would be nice to be able
to open a completed torrent from within G3 as far as
Ican tell there is no such facility in your otherwise great
program, and it sort of bugs to have to open it through
the OS. Anyway, keep up the great work.
