G3 does not start on 98 SE, Fatal Error

I've just installed G3 on my old Win98 SE mashine. Now I want to start G3 and its crashing each time on startup.
here the error:
"Fatal error
Error while loadind DLL 'unicows.dll'!
Application will terminate now"

I didn't see anything from G3, only this error...

  Hi everybody:)
  
  Check if you have the 'unicows.dll' file in 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM'
  If you don't have it then review this link:
  
  http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?unicows
  
  and download it.
  
  Unzip the file downloaded and copy it in
  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
  
  Then install the G3Torrent program.
  
  And thast all:).
