First, I'm not sure how to install on linux. I've just been trying to run it from the directory I extracted to with the command 'python g3torrent.py'.

Second, when I do this I get this error:

G3 Torrent requires wxwindows 2.5.2.7
Installed wx version: 2.6.1.0
[Debug] 02:30:07 PM: Adding duplicate image handler for 'Windows bitmap file'
[Debug] 02:30:07 PM: Adding duplicate image handler for 'PNG file'
[Debug] 02:30:07 PM: Adding duplicate image handler for 'Windows icon file'
Loading Images
Loading Friend List
ERROR: reading friends ini file

Any ideas?

  chmod +x install
  /.install
  
  ERROR: reading friends ini file. This is not a fatal error.
  
  Try run - python -v g3torrent.py

  Same problem here, it's just that I don't have an install file so I can't chmod it :(
