G3 not resuming downloads on restart

I posted this bug before with an error log. Well this time I didn't get an error or anything. I shut down G3 to restart my computer. When I started G3 back up the downloads were gone. Bad part is I don'teven remeber what I was downloading/seeding.
Any reason for this bug?

Now it won't let me start G3 back up. Will have to uninstall and reinstall. It is giving me this error log now.

Ok I uninstalled G3 and reinstalled. Now I can't do anything. I just get this error log.

Try to make sure you have uninstalled and deleted everything in the install directory.

And then install this.

OK worked that time
I was able to run G3. I just didn't test a download with it yet. I will have to do that later after I get home from work, since I was having this problem only on my home computer.
