This setting will ensure that only people sharing back to you will be able to download off you.
Not only that but if they are getting good speed off you, more than likely you'll get good speeds off them.
One word of caution, this will choke people when seeding so they can't get the file, set "Min Upload Rate" back to "0.00 kb/s" after you reach 100% and share until 1:1. (maybe an option could be set per file for choker options in the next build and on completion options)
Setting the Min Upload Rate to 0.01 kb/s eliminates leeching from you while you download the file. Dont set it unreasonably or itll just choke everyone.

"Run chocker every" = "10 secs"
"Rotate optimistic unchoke target every" = "300 secs" ; every 5 min
"Min Upload Rate" = "0.01 kb/s" ; or desired rate

Something else that comes to mind would be a few options for banning IP's. Say if they are choked 5 times it bans the IP for that session.
Funny, those options are very similar to mine, except that I set my "min upload rate=3.00" because would weed out most of the unwanted low leechers.
