Could you explain your situation a bit more. When you say "is not playing well" does that mean G3 freezes while the other program is active, G3 causes errors, the other programs experiances errors? a little more detail would help.

Im running a emulator that changes my screensizes, when I end it and get back to windows, G3 will not come out of minimized mode. I can check it with the web interface and it seems to be working well.. But I cant get it back on screen..

Maybe its just my system but G3 is not playing well with Visual boy advance or any program that resizes the screen..

if you are using another program while g3 is running
the best choice is to have g3 minimized ;)

Emulator like that are Windows only extensions - they don't work too well with other windowing systems like Java or wxWidget that G3 uses.
