#90 No more remote connections after reconnect

Hello,
the program works very good,
but I've found one bug:
My ISP disconnected me after 24h, I reconnect
immediately. But after this reconnect, G3Torrent just
etablish local connections, no more remote. If irequeue
mi torrents and then resume them, it works normaly with
both (remote and local connections).
