If you double-click a torrent with the 1.01 version on
Windows 98, you get the following error and then
G3Torrent terminates.

The logfile '~\G3TORRENT_errors.log' could not be
opened. [Error 2] No such file or directory
'~\\G3TORRENT_errors.log'

I think this is due to a bad compile because the ~ is linux
syntax for a home directory. If you open up G3Torrent
and then double-click a torrent or drag and drop one, this
error does not occur.

This appears to be the same as [ 1165326 ] although on
windows 98 ~ isn't defined properly and the logfile isn't being
created, and is therefore causing this crash.
