I start some downloads before I go to bed. The next
day when I turn on my monitor: The computer has
rebooted. It has happende twice. I'm quite sure it has
to do with g3 because previously i used Personal Torrent
Collector - and there were no reboots. I had quite some
serious activity, with 11 downloads =).

Computer: Fujitsu Siemens
OS: Win XP pro SP1
CPU: 2.2 Ghz P4
RAM: 1GB
Video: Radeon 9600pro

Some other stuff about g3:
It would be nice with an option to not have to allocate
the whole file at start. It takes some time to allocate a
DVD on the HD.. much better if it was allocating space
as neede let's say in 10 MB chunks (or yet even better:
allocating relative to download speed)

When i start g3 again after the crash: all my torrents
are there, but they dont start. Just the first one seems
to start..?

Okay...I have similar problems with system locking and
internet declining. I have discover the other problem in
other BT applications. It has to due with a new core.
Here is what burst! said to do:

burst! (and other BT clients) crash, reboot, or lock up the
system? With newer cores, I get a message about TCP stack
    flaking out.
Make sure you have the newest version of burst's download
core (v1.1.2 currently, check the homepage if yours is
older) and add "--max_allow_in 55" under Advanced.

This sounds like a problem unique to you. Do you allow your
system to enter either Standby or Hibernate?

yes, it would be nice to offer the user more control over
    space allocation for non-single-file torrents.
