#76 code for inlinehtml configuration option needs to be improved or deprecated

Enabling this option option makes text/html parts to get inlined with the mails, rather than be stored in external files. This operation often breaks the valid markup that hypermail produces as it's only doing a simple cut and paste of the text/html parts.

The code that does this has not been reviewed since long time ago and needs someone to maintain and improve it.

Lack of either interest or maintenance for this option will put it at risk of deprecation in the next version of hypermail.
