#9 Get g15composer working with UTF-8 texts

g15composer should be able to read texts encoded in UTF-8 because UTF-8 is the standard encoding on most linuxes.
I do not always want to convert any text I want to display to >>CP437<< to get any any special characters like German umlauts onto the display.
