For some reason Jeff's original message never made it to my mailbox; 
I've only just seen Richard's *reply* to Jeff's message.

But Jeff's problem (the undefined "include" method, coming out of 
glgroup.rb) is a known problem that will be fixed for the 1.2a2 
release. Which is coming any second now. ;)
