I don't know if there's a way to do this or not, although you might also ask
on the foxgui-users list to see if anyone's tried it in C++ code. [I know
the question has come up before.]

If you do come up with a solution, please do share with the rest of us ;) It
would be nice if there were some straightforward way of handling this from Ruby.
