Yes.  By saying "mediator pattern" I mean to take the concept of
linking directly to the disparate information sources in such a way
that it is effortless for the user of the FAQ (mediator) to access
them.  This amy be an analogy too far, || I may have misunderstood
the mediator pattern :-).   There could be a little supporting text
at our end, in the spirit of "Least Surprise".
