[Fxruby-announce] [ANN] Policy Change: Posting Restricted to List Subscribers Only

All,

In an effort to avoid e-mail worms et al, I've just changed the policy for
both the fxruby-announce and fxruby-users mailing lists so that only list
subscribers can post. [Because we haven't seen much (any?) trash on the
lists until today, I guess I assumed that this was the default policy.]

Thanks for your understanding, and please let me know if you see anything
else unusual on the list before I catch it...
