#3 Wait dependency between pipeline processes

Add different features to the pipeline, e.g., wait-
dependencies between processes (one process is
allowed to start after another is (successfully) finished.
This is especially important, if the processes are
independant (they have differen input documents) but
the second process contains a ANT process that
depends on both process outputs.
