#2 Trailing stop at pivot point.

Set a trailing stop at the pivot point of XX pips.

This is to prevent retracement losses. User should be able to turn this off by setting the variable "Pivot_Trail" to 0. Otherwise, the variable pivot trail will be the number of pips for the trailing stop.

NOTE: This trailing stop should not affect the original T/P level.

NOTE: The trailing stop can OVERRIDE the original T/P level if "Pivot_Trail_Override" is set to TRUE.
