#1 Many trade errors when switching to next-day orders

The EA produces a huge amount of trade errors, because it tries to place 90 pending orders at the same time.

We should intercept these errors and not show them to the client, OR place a delay for order placement.

(Preference is for the first option, since a delay only makes the EA strategy more unstable.)
