[Fx2lib-devel] eeprom reset program

I added a reset program to the examples in the fx2lib repository.  This 
is the program I used to reset the fx2 back to it's default state if I 
happened to bork the eeprom data.  The eeprom/read/write routines are in 
the i2c header file by the way.
