#1 Download files when building
In the XML file defining the project structure, the "single-file" tag should have the option to download the file from somewhere instead of building it from a template. This would be useful for template projects which do not / cannot make use of a dependency management system (for instance a plain HTML / CSS / JavaScript project which requires Bootstrap)
