Can anyone walk me through creating a service proxy?

I successfuly installed the "File Watcher Windows Service", created a file watcher, and got it to successfully trigger a process.

However, when I switched from "Process" to "Call service" it generated these errors in the log file, nothing in the Event Viewer:

[11/26/2013 1:01:06 PM] [Info] [9d425a14-f136-4783-99c4-fca3487b2d64] Daemon 'MyWatcher' is about to call a service.
[11/26/2013 1:01:07 PM] [Error] [9d425a14-f136-4783-99c4-fca3487b2d64] Daemon 'MyWatcher' failed to create a service proxy.

    This is on W7x64. Thanks

    1. Download source code
    2. Run Visual Studio as administrator
    3. Set multiple startup items: File Watcher Simple and all Sample-projects
    4. Uncomment WCF-service configuration in File Watcher Simple app.config
    5. Run the applications
    6. Create file watcher (the daemon name must be equal to "SampleFileWatcherService" or "SampleFileWatcherStreamingService") and set it to call service. Endpoint name must match the file watcher name.
