#22 Images do not update to set schedule

The latest version of Fwink is the only software I can
find to FTP my webcam to my website - others don't
find my webcam (Logitech Communicate STX) BUT this
version refuses to FTP the pictures. It might manage
1 or 2 but then it just sits there (sometimes updating
the displayed image but doing nothing with it).

Older versions of Fwink could only capture my TV Card
but would FTP perfectly.
