I just posted the latest cookbook recipe which describes how to configure
"double" NAT where both the source and destination addresses are translated.
The idea for this recipe came from a support request where a user needed to
setup remote desktop access to an internal server. Their environment was
slightly complicated by their routing setup, so they needed to configure
