#307 no user input on compile & install should be needed

It's very annoying that I always must click "perform batch install" when updating our firewalls. There should be a preference setting where I can turn it on by default.

Also, when I say "install", it should compile & install rules without me having to press a button between compile and install.

I have about 20 firewalls in our ruleset, so this would save me a lot of time - as nearly every time I change something, there is more than one firewall that needs updating.
