New FvwmForm-ThemeSettings and FvwmGtk-Themes

All the variant commands are now apparently numbers, and a few options
have changed, so the form needed a little work here and there. I liked
the improvements someone made to the structure and syntax too.

I tried to make the form represent what I see in the menu version as
closely as possible. I also updated the FvwmGtk-Themes config to match
the form. (See attachments)

However, although I have tried to make them comply with fvwm-themes
command structure, neither form nor gtk dialog actually work and produce
the following errors.

The form produces a nice little xmessage window entitled
"fvwm-themes-config error" which contains only the following line...
Unexisting variant ` 1 ` in component `settings/gnome/anotherlevel-menu`

The gtk dialog produces a similar spiffy little box with the same title
but contains...
No component `settings/session` cfg in theme Current

I'm sure these problems can/will be fixed though.  :-)

Let me know if anything about these GUI's needs rearranging, or fixing.
