fvwm-themes 0.3.17 is out

I will be out of my computer for three days, so I release a new version.
Some of the changes include: a new default background, --install parameter
to fvwm-themes-config for installing new theme tarballs into the user or
the site directory, a check for the correct fvwm version, revised FAQ,
more options for modules@migo, more menu entries for Amusements and Games.

You should already know that actual menus only show the applications you
have installed on your system. Anyone is free to submit own menu entries
for inclusion even for exotic applications.

There is one problem, which I had no time to investigate: NoteMessage (on
theme switching) is freezed until a mouse is moved or a button is pressed.
I can't say now whether it is an old or a new problem, but it should be
fixed (in fvwm I suppose) as soon as possible.

I would like if somebody test this release and report results.
