My problem is that I do not see how the "needs" can be computed from
'requests'/'provides'/'extends'/'uses'.

Typically, modules requires colors but when switching between two
modules themes we do not need to reload colors. How do you solve this?

Also, I think that we have to implement a kind of AD before the
first public release of fvwm-themes. If the users see what happen
at the present time when you do a background switch fvwm-themes
will be not very popular?
