[Fvwm-crystal-users] Suport for Getext added into the MDP scripts

The mpd control of fvwm-crystal contain 2 FvwmScripts. I updated them
on the svn repo with Gettext support, which imply new strings to
translate.

I also added support for the Panel font preferences into these scripts.
