[Fvwm-crystal-users] Crystal documentation

I just committed a fix for the man pages. Included are a fix for
FVWM_DISTROMENUDIR and FVWM_DISTROMENUNAME. And also some documentation
about the Custom recipe and the use of its Magic button bar. It's quite
intuitive for me as I wrote it, but it was just better to document it.
